We manufacture the following double tube and triple tube core barrel in length of 6mtrs, 3mtrs, 1.5mtrs. Water in the double tube core barrel passes in between the outer tube and inner tube. Perforation at the lower end of the inner tube permits the flow of water. From this point to the diamond core bit represents the only place where the core is subject to erosion. This distance is very small as compared to the total length of the double tube core barrel. With the elimination of the erosion problem, it becomes possible to take core of softer and broken materials. It offers higher percentage of core recovery and little erosion of core. The PQ3/HQ3/NQ3 barrel uses an additional split inner tube to encourage an undisturbed sample recovery which in turn maintains on-the-job productivity levels. They can help customers to get more complete core when they are drilling in the broken formation.
